UnderTheDoormat Managed is an award-winning home accommodation provider offering a fully managed service for both individual owners and larger asset owners spanning individual homes, aparthotels and Multifamily properties. We have achieved key long-term deals with institutional real estate companies such as Long Harbor and Canary Wharf Group. Our aparthotel, 3 Sloane Gardens in partnership with Cadogan Estates, is one of the highest performing properties in their portfolio. We are leading the way in connecting the short-term rental sector with the Multifamily sector who are seeing flexible lettings as a critical component of maximising their income.
Hospiria
Hospiria is the only product on the market providing a single system for operators to distribute and manage their portfolios, bringing together lots of disparate tech systems natively in one platform. Having had decades of property management experience ourselves, we created our in-house technology to aggregate everything a property manager needs in one single system. It’s this first-hand experience that makes Hospiria so powerful and innovative. Notably, we are now the exclusive platform for short-term rental companies to access the market in Oman. This is the first deal of its kind at a national level anywhere in the world.
TrustedStays
TrustedStays is an industry platform for accredited flexible and short-term accommodation with unique access to corporate and government bookings and the Global Distribution System (GDS). It is backed by the Short-Term Accommodation Association (STAA) and the Association for Rental Living (ALR). TrustedStays has revolutionised the industry by bringing together the disaggregated short-term rental market for the first time so that corporates and the GDS marketplace can finally book home accommodation with confidence through a single platform.
